Served as neutral in mock preparation for multimillion dollar international arbitration

Negotiated contracts with a subsidiary of a Swiss chrome plating company and other R & D and manufacturers to locate at the Watervliet Arsenal. The chrome plater will chrome plate for the U.S. Army as well as private entities.

Negotiated merger of two museums owning nationally important structures and artifacts. Negotiated multiyear lease of State park property for reconstruction and adaptive reuse of historic structure by Not-For-Profit organization.
